Overview
Effective date: July 25, 2026
Frostillery! is a mobile game published by Amiel Herrick. The game is designed for casual entertainment and may include advertisements, gameplay progression, virtual coins or items, optional in-app purchases, and an optional World Leaderboard.
This policy applies to Frostillery! on iOS and to related support communications. It does not apply to websites, apps, or services operated by third parties except where described below.
Frostillery! does not require users to create an account, and the developer does not collect credit card numbers or other payment card details. Gameplay progress is stored on your device.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the game, the following categories of information may be collected by the app, by Apple, by Google AdMob, or by other service providers used to operate the game:
Game and device information
- Device type, operating system, app version, language, and general device settings.
- Gameplay activity, such as level progress, coins, upgrades, skins, settings, and similar in-game status information. This information is stored on your device.
- Crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, and bug-related information.
Advertising information
- Device information used by Google AdMob to deliver non-personalized ads, limit repetitive ads, measure ad performance, and detect invalid ad activity.
- Approximate location inferred from IP address, used by advertising providers for ad delivery and fraud prevention.
Leaderboard information
- If you choose to join the optional World Leaderboard, your score and the display name shown with it are uploaded so they can appear in the rankings. See the World Leaderboard section below for details.
Purchase information
- Apple may process in-app purchases and provide transaction status or receipt information so the game can deliver purchased coins, items, or entitlements.
- The developer does not receive your full payment card number, banking information, or Apple ID password.
Support information
- If you email support, we may receive your email address, message, screenshots, device details you choose to provide, and any other information included in your request.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Operate the game and save or restore gameplay status where supported.
- Display ads and measure ad performance.
- Display leaderboard rankings, if you choose to participate.
- Process in-app purchases and deliver virtual items.
- Fix bugs, troubleshoot crashes, improve performance, and develop future updates.
- Respond to support requests.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, invalid ad traffic, or misuse of the app.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, App Store, and platform obligations.
Ads and Google AdMob
Frostillery! shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads in Frostillery! are requested as non-personalized ads, and ad requests are made with child-directed treatment under Google's policies. The game does not use advertising that tracks you across other companies' apps or websites, and it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not perform such tracking.
AdMob may still collect and use limited device information to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and detect invalid ad activity.
You can learn more about Google's privacy practices at Google Privacy Policy and about Google's ad technologies at Google Advertising Policies and Technologies.
In-App Purchases
Frostillery! may offer optional in-app purchases, such as coin packs, upgrades, skins, ad removal, or other virtual items. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment information and may provide the app with confirmation that a transaction was completed so the purchased item can be delivered.
In-app purchases are subject to Apple's terms, payment rules, refund policies, and account settings. For purchase or refund issues, you may need to contact Apple Support or use Apple's purchase history tools.
World Leaderboard (Optional)
Frostillery! includes an optional World Leaderboard powered by Apple's Game Center. The leaderboard is off by default, and no scores are submitted unless you choose to join by giving your consent in the app.
If you join, the following information is submitted to Game Center and displayed publicly in the in-game rankings:
- Your score (your highest level reached).
- Your Game Center nickname, as managed in your Apple account settings.
No other personal information is collected or submitted for the leaderboard. Game Center is operated by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy practices; you can manage your Game Center profile and nickname in your device's Settings.
You can withdraw your consent at any time in the game's Settings, which stops any future score submissions. You can also contact us at the email address below with leaderboard questions.
Your Choices
- World Leaderboard: Participation is optional and off by default. You can join or leave at any time in the game's Settings, and you can email us to request removal of a submitted score.
- Ad personalization: Ads in Frostillery! are already non-personalized. You can manage broader Google ad settings through your Google account and device settings.
- Purchases: You can manage purchase history, refunds, and family purchase controls through Apple's App Store and Apple ID settings.
- Support emails: You may ask us to delete support emails unless retention is needed for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
- App removal: You can stop further app-based collection by deleting Frostillery! from your device. Locally stored progress is deleted with the app.
Children
Frostillery! is designed to be suitable for general audiences, including children. Because of this, the game is built to minimize data collection:
- Ads are requested as non-personalized and with child-directed treatment under Google AdMob's policies.
- No account or sign-up is required, and gameplay progress stays on the device.
- The World Leaderboard is optional, off by default, and uploads only a score and a display name with consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has submitted personal information — for example, through a support email or a leaderboard display name — please contact us so we can review and delete it.
Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, troubleshooting, legal compliance, accounting, security, and platform requirements. Leaderboard entries remain in the rankings until removed at your request or as part of leaderboard maintenance. Third-party providers, including Google and Apple, may retain information according to their own policies.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect support communications, leaderboard entries, and app-related records within our control.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at this page.
